RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Need to return or exchange an item? 

We hope that your order will bring you and/or your loved ones joy as a delightful surprise gift. We are happy to accept partial & full returns for US domestic orders that are new, unused, unworn, and undamaged, with the original packaging and tags attached, within 30 days.

To begin your return/refund request, please contact us through any of the following ways within 30 days: completing the form on our 'Contact Us' page, clicking on the live chat option at the bottom right corner, calling or texting us at 973-530-8381, or emailing us at customerservice@blingdays.com. Once you contact us, we will guide you through the return and refund process based on your specific case. Please note that the return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund. Once we receive the returned item(s), our team will review each one to ensure that it meets our returns and refund policy. If an item does not meet our policy, we will not be able to accept the return. We always strive to complete the return and refund process as soon as possible, however, there may be delays due to incorrect returned item(s), mailing address, billing information, or payment failure. To avoid any delays, please ensure that you have sent the correct item for return and provided the correct mailing address, billing address, and card details. If an item is mistakenly shipped to us, we will return it at the customer ’s expense.

In case you return an individual item from a set, we will examine the current selling price of that particular item and process the refund accordingly. Please note that if you bought a set and you return an individual item, we will refund you based on the current selling price of that item. However, if the current selling price of the individual item is on sale during your return period, we will refund you the original price you paid and not the sale price. Also, if the current selling price of an individual item is higher than the price you paid for it as part of a set, we will deduct the *difference between the selling price and the price you paid from your final refund.

*difference = selling price - purchased price

It is important to note that your credit card company may require a certain number of business days to credit your account. The exact duration may vary depending on the card issuer and banks, and unfortunately, we do not have any control over it. Additionally, please keep in mind that we are only able to issue a refund to the original purchaser's card, and we cannot transfer funds to any other account. 

 

Exchange Policy:
If you wish to exchange an item, please return it new, unused, unworn, and undamaged in its original package within 30 days and purchase the desired item.


Payment/Cancellation/Change:
We aim to process and prepare your order promptly, which means that it may not be possible to make any changes or cancel it once it has been processed. If your order has already been processed, please contact us immediately to cancel the submitted order and place a new one.
